We collect your reports and forward them, with your consent, to relevant partner specialists for review.

Itemised Quote & Travel Insurance
We share a written, itemised quote (provided by partner hospitals) and arrange the legally required Health Tourism Insurance.

Official Invitation & Visa Support
Where required, we coordinate an official invitation letter from our partner hospital for your visa application.

Flight & Logistics Planning
We organise VIP airport pickup and prepare your transfer schedule for the entire trip.

VIP Welcome & Accommodation
Pickup by private vehicle and check-in at our partner 5-star hotels.

Pre-Visit Preparation
We coordinate any pre-procedure tests at the partner hospital. Final clinical clearance is given by your treating physician.

Hospital Day & Stay
All clinical care is delivered at our JCI-accredited partner hospital by your treating physician and their team. We stay alongside you for translation and concierge support.

Discharge & Recovery Kit
On discharge we hand you a personalised aftercare kit prepared by our partner hospital and coordinate any post-discharge appointments.

City Experience & Cultural Tour
When your treating physician approves it, we arrange paced guided tours of Istanbul's historic sites.

Tele-Health & Remote Follow-Up
We coordinate twelve months of remote follow-up with the treating partner physician after you return home.
