These Terms govern your use of the medworldturkiye.com website and our coordination services. By submitting an enquiry through our website you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the service

Med World Türkiye is a health-travel coordination service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by the licensed physicians of our independent partner hospitals after a personal evaluation. We do not employ any of these physicians.

What we coordinate

• Initial consultation appointments with partner clinics.
• Itemised written quotes prepared by partner clinics.
• Visa-support invitation letters.
• VIP airport transfer, accommodation booking, multilingual translation.
• Post-trip remote follow-up scheduling.

Pricing

Medical fees are set entirely by partner clinics. Med World Türkiye charges a coordination fee, which is itemised separately on every quote. We do not add markup to medical pricing.

Liability

Our liability is limited to coordination services we directly deliver. Liability for medical care is, by law, the responsibility of the treating partner clinician and their hospital, both of which carry mandatory medical-liability insurance and operate under the oversight of the Turkish Ministry of Health.

Cancellation

You may cancel your trip at any point before procedure day. Some third-party costs (flights, non-refundable hotel rates) may not be recoverable; the rest is refunded under the cancellation terms of your written quote.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu).
